Why is there nothing to pay upfront?
The build cost is spread across the 12-month agreement instead of charged before work starts. It is not a free website — the build is inside the monthly fee.
Who owns the domain?
Your organisation owns it and it is registered in your name. Marrytek manages it only with your authorisation. A .marrytek.com subdomain, on the other hand, belongs to Marrytek and does not move with you when the agreement ends.
Is the domain included in the plan?
No — but you do not need one to start: your website runs at yourname.marrytek.com at no extra charge. If you want your own domain, we register it in your name and bill registration and annual renewal at the registrar's actual price, which depends on the domain (.mn, .com and so on). Before you sign, the proposal shows the plan fee and the domain fee as separate lines of one total.
What counts as a content update?
A change to existing text, images, prices, services or news. One request counts as one update: up to 2 a month on START, 8 on BUSINESS and 10 on ACTIVE.
What happens if I cancel early?
Unless your signed agreement says otherwise, the remaining monthly service fees become payable.
