Terms and Conditions
Last updated: 2026-09-28. These terms govern use of marrytek.com and describe the general conditions of services offered by Marrytek. If a signed service agreement conflicts with these terms, the signed agreement prevails.
1. Using this website
You may use this website only for lawful purposes and must not interfere with another person's rights, system security, or normal operation. Website information is general. A written agreement defines the confirmed scope, price, and delivery schedule.
2. Services and payment
The selected plan and service agreement state the price, included capacity, number of content updates, and contract term. 0 MNT upfront is not a free website: the initial development cost is spread over a 12-month service term. Plans do not include a domain. If the customer wants their own domain, it is registered in the customer's name, and registration and annual renewal are billed separately from the plan at the registrar's actual price. Without a domain, the website is served on a Marrytek subdomain (for example yourname.marrytek.com) at no extra charge. New functionality and paid third-party services are quoted separately.
3. Customer responsibilities
- Provide accurate contact and organisation details.
- Hold the rights needed to publish all supplied text, images, logos, and other materials.
- Provide approvals and requested materials on time.
- Pay agreed fees when due.
4. Domains, content, and intellectual property
The customer's domain remains the customer's property; Marrytek manages it only with authorisation. A marrytek.com subdomain belongs to Marrytek and does not transfer to the customer; its use ends with the agreement. Customer-supplied content remains the customer's. Marrytek retains rights in its pre-existing code, tools, templates, and processes. A project agreement defines the licence or transfer of project-specific deliverables.
5. Third-party services
Registrars, cloud hosts, analytics, and payment providers have their own terms. Marrytek will reasonably respond to outages or policy changes but cannot completely control third-party systems.
6. Cancellation and suspension
Unless a signed agreement says otherwise, early cancellation of a 12-month plan requires payment of the remaining monthly service fees. You may decline renewal at the end of the term. We may give notice and restrict service for a serious breach, unlawful use, or sustained non-payment.
7. Limits of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Marrytek is not liable for indirect loss, lost profit, unlawful or incorrect customer content, compromised customer credentials, or events outside its reasonable control. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
8. Governing law and disputes
Mongolian law governs these terms. The parties will first try to resolve a dispute in good faith; unresolved disputes may be submitted to a court with jurisdiction. Send questions to expert@marrytek.com.
